# Heavily Soiled Strap

**For cleaning, prepare:**

* A container with lukewarm water
* Mild detergent

#### Cleaning Procedure

1. **Disconnect the sensor:** Gently disconnect the sensor from the chest strap.
2. **Prepare the solution:** Add a few drops of mild detergent to a container with lukewarm water (40°C) and mix well.
3. **Soak the strap in the solution:** Immerse the chest strap in the prepared soapy solution.
4. **Mechanically remove dirt:** Gently massage the rubber part of the strap that comes into contact with the body between your fingers.
5. **Soak the strap:** Leave the strap soaked for at least 15 minutes to loosen the dirt.
6. **Rinse the strap:** After cleaning, thoroughly rinse the strap in clean water.
7. **Dry the strap:** Allow the strap to dry for **at least 1 hour** before using it again.
