# iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad,...)

1. **Open App Settings**

   In the **Beatwell** <img src="https://github.com/kardiai/gitbook/blob/localized/beatwell-guide/en/gitbook/assets/app_icon_beatwell_small.png" alt="" data-size="line"> app, go to **settings** (tab with the gear icon).
2. **About the App**

   In settings, click on **About**.
3. **Application Logs**

   Then click on **Application Logs**.
4. **Share Log Files**

   Click the **Share Log Files** button.
5. **Sending Logs**

   Send the file via **WhatsApp to +420 779 998 100**, or via **email to <support@kardi.ai>**.
